Data Deletion Instructions
Last Updated: September 29, 2026
EuKreate is an AI-powered digital presence and buyer engagement platform for real estate professionals. The Service may include EuKreate-hosted agent websites and listing pages, EuKreate Intelligence, embedded assistants on agent websites, lead-capture forms, booking and tour workflows, QR codes and share links, and connected messaging platforms such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram messaging, and additional messaging channels where available.
You can request deletion of personal information associated with your EuKreate account or data received or generated through the Service by using one of the methods below. Deletion requests may cover account information, buyer leads, conversation records, booking or tour requests, connected messaging data, EuKreate-hosted page data, generated content associated with your account, and EuKreate Intelligence records, subject to the retention exceptions described below and in our Privacy Policy. EuKreate processes deletion requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance, security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, backup retention, suppression-list or anti-spam obligations, or other limited purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Users may request deletion of Facebook Messenger or other Meta-platform data processed by EuKreate by emailing privacy@eukreate.com or by disconnecting the connected Facebook Page from EuKreate (see "Disconnect Facebook or Instagram" below).
Delete Your EuKreate Agent Account
- Sign in to your EuKreate account.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the account management or danger-zone section.
- Choose the option to close or delete your account.
When you request account deletion, EuKreate disables normal dashboard access and begins the account-deletion retention process described in our Privacy Policy. When account deletion begins, EuKreate-hosted public pages will be unpublished or deactivated, QR codes and share links will stop working, embedded assistants will be disabled, connected messaging integrations will be disabled within EuKreate, and lead-capture or booking workflows will stop accepting submissions. Data that remains temporarily exportable during the retention window is permanently deleted from primary systems after that window, subject to limited legal, security, backup, abuse-prevention, and suppression-list obligations.
If you are a member of a Team or brokerage workspace, closing your account transfers your active listings and their associated buyer engagement data to the workspace owner, who is the controller of the brokerage's book of business as described in our Privacy Policy; your personal account information is deleted as described above. If you are the owner of a Team or brokerage workspace, you must transfer ownership to another member or close the workspace before you can delete your account, so the workspace and its members are not left without an owner.
Delete Your EuKreate Homes Account
- Sign in on homes.eukreate.com.
- Open your name menu and choose Settings.
- Choose Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion is immediate. It deletes your research conversations and their results, your saved homes and preferences (including your mobile number), your ownership statements, your sharing receipts and your sign-in codes. If you asked to be connected with an agent, the details you chose to send are that agent's records and are not deleted by EuKreate; contact the agent directly about them. If the same email also signs in to EuKreate Agent, delete that account from the agent app instead. You can also ask us to delete your EuKreate Homes account by emailing privacy@eukreate.com.
Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to EuKreate, you may disconnect that integration from your EuKreate account settings when the integration is available. You can also remove EuKreate's access from your Meta account settings. Removing access through Meta may not automatically delete records already stored in EuKreate.
Disconnect your calendar
If you connected a calendar (Google Calendar or Microsoft/Outlook) to EuKreate, you may disconnect it at any time from your EuKreate settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored OAuth access and refresh tokens for that calendar and stops EuKreate from reading your busy times or writing events to it. Closing your EuKreate account does the same.
When you disconnect, you may also choose to have EuKreate remove the dedicated “EuKreate” calendar it created in your account, which deletes the tour, call, and open-house events EuKreate placed there. If you do not choose this, those events remain on your calendar under your control. You can also revoke EuKreate’s access directly from your Google or Microsoft account settings; doing so stops future access but does not by itself delete data already stored in EuKreate.
Disconnecting a connected account stops EuKreate from receiving new data from that account. It does not automatically delete data previously received or generated through the Service. To request deletion of previously received or generated data, contact us using the deletion request method below.
Request Deletion By Email
You may request deletion by emailing privacy@eukreate.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Please include the email address associated with your EuKreate account and, if your request relates to Facebook or Instagram data, the following details so we can locate the relevant records:
- The Facebook Page name (or Instagram professional account username) that was connected to EuKreate.
- The Facebook profile or display name used in the conversation, if your request relates to a buyer-side conversation with a connected Page.
- The approximate date (or date range) of the conversation, where known.
We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. We may be unable to delete data if we cannot reasonably verify the request or locate the relevant records. We will process the deletion within thirty (30) days unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance, security, fraud or abuse prevention, dispute resolution, backup retention, suppression-list or anti-spam obligations, or other limited purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Connected Custom Domains
If you connected a domain name that you own to your EuKreate-hosted pages, EuKreate retains a limited record of that domain name after your account and its content are deleted. That record consists only of the domain name, the date the account closed, and whether EuKreate is still routing the domain; it does not contain your account information, your content, or any buyer data.
The purpose is to make the domain respond correctly after deletion. Without that record, EuKreate cannot distinguish your former domain from any other domain pointed at its servers, and pages that no longer exist would appear to search engines as if they were still available. The record allows those addresses to return an explicit "permanently removed" response instead, and allows EuKreate to keep the domain's security certificate in place so the response can be delivered over a secure connection.
EuKreate retains this record for up to one hundred and eighty (180) days after the account is purged, after which it is deleted and the domain's security certificate is released. You may ask EuKreate to delete the record sooner by emailing privacy@eukreate.com. You may also end it at any time yourself by changing your domain's DNS settings so that it no longer points to EuKreate; once it does not, EuKreate no longer receives requests for it and the record has no further effect.
Buyers And Visitors
If you interacted with a EuKreate-hosted agent page, EuKreate-hosted listing page, embedded EuKreate assistant, lead form, booking or tour workflow, QR code or share link, Facebook Page conversation, Instagram conversation, or another connected messaging channel and want to request deletion of your information, email privacy@eukreate.com. Please include the email address, phone number, property address, listing URL, Facebook Page name, Facebook profile or display name, Instagram username, and approximate conversation date that you used or that applies to the interaction, so we can locate the relevant records. We will process the deletion within thirty (30) days, subject to the exceptions described above.
Public EuKreate Pages and Search Caches
If your deletion request involves EuKreate-hosted public pages, we will remove or unpublish those pages from active EuKreate systems where applicable. However, public pages may have already been crawled, indexed, cached, summarized, or archived by search engines, AI-powered search tools, browsers, or other third-party services outside EuKreate's control. Those third parties retain or remove such copies under their own policies and timing.
