- What is EuKreate?
- EuKreate is a real estate technology company built on one property-intelligence layer, and it powers three products. EuKreate Homes is for buyers and sellers: search for homes in plain language, see what a home you own is worth, understand ownership costs, compare homes, and read market data across the U.S. EuKreate Agent is for real estate professionals: price, launch and promote listings, engage buyers with a 24/7 AI assistant, and capture and follow up on the interest that produces. EuKreate Spotlight brings EuKreate Agent’s automatic listing promotion to agents who keep the tools they already use. EuKreate AI is the assistant across them.
EuKreate Homes
- What is EuKreate Homes?
- EuKreate Homes (homes.re.eukreate.com) is AI property research for home buyers, sellers and anyone exploring the market. Buyers describe what they want (place, budget, commute, schools) and get active homes with estimated monthly cost, schools, hazards, air quality and surroundings, and side-by-side comparisons. Sellers get a home value range with the comparable sales behind it. Market pages cover every state, county, city and ZIP across all 50 states and DC. EuKreate Homes shows where its figures come from, separates facts from estimates, and does not rank homes or decide for you. When you want an agent, you can ask for one once signed in: if the listing agent for that home uses EuKreate, that agent is offered; otherwise you choose from agents who use EuKreate and work the area. You see exactly what will be shared before confirming, the agent receives only what you select (contact details, the home and a message), and the research conversation is never sent.
- Do I need an account to use EuKreate Homes?
- No. You can search homes, read property details and browse market data without an account. Signing in is optional and unlocks saving homes, longer conversations, tour requests and contacting an agent. Valuing a home you own starts with an emailed code, which confirms your email address, followed by your own confirmation that the home is yours.
- How does value my home work?
- Enter your address and confirm your email with a one-time code. The code verifies your email address, not ownership: you then confirm yourself that the home is yours to research. EuKreate Homes shows an estimated value range with the comparable sales it was drawn from, your estimated proceeds after selling costs, and how the market you would sell into is moving: days on market, inventory age and asking-price trends. It is an estimate to help you understand your options, not an appraisal.
EuKreate Agent
- How does EuKreate Agent help real estate agents?
- EuKreate Agent runs every listing through one connected workflow: Price, Launch, Promote, Engage, Convert. EuKreate builds a polished listing page, backs the price with a comparable-sales valuation, rent estimate, and investor math, promotes the listing across video and social with a campaign every month, answers buyer questions 24/7, and captures that interest as tour requests and leads that arrive with the buyer’s questions, so agents spend less time answering repetitive questions and more time with serious buyers.
- Can EuKreate Agent help me price a property?
- Yes. EuKreate Agent runs a comparable-sales valuation (CMA) with adjustments, a value range, and a confidence rating; a rent estimate for investor buyers; and investment analysis including monthly cash flow, cap rate, cash-on-cash return, DSCR, and IRR. You can run this on a listing you already have, or research any address before you win the listing. The asking price is always yours.
- Which social networks can EuKreate Agent post to?
- EuKreate Agent publishes directly to your connected Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, LinkedIn profile, TikTok account, and YouTube channel, connected by your workspace’s owner or admin. Each live listing’s monthly campaign schedules its posts, and each post is approved by you or covered by auto-posting, which you turn on. Without auto-posting, a post is ready for you to post, with its captions and files.
- What happens when the assistant cannot answer a buyer’s question?
- The question goes to you rather than being guessed at. Questions only you can answer (whether the price can change, offers, the seller’s situation) are never sent to the AI: the assistant offers to pass the question on, and leaving their name and how to reach them makes them your lead with the question attached. You are told in the app, and by email or text as your notification settings say; with your EuKreate text line you can reply from your phone, and your answer posts in the conversation.
- Is EuKreate Agent just a chatbot?
- No. The assistant is one part of a connected system. EuKreate also builds the listing page, generates marketing, and captures and hands off leads with full context. And unlike a generic chatbot, it answers only from approved listing details and real local data, it is designed not to invent facts.
- Does EuKreate replace my real estate website or MLS?
- No. EuKreate Agent is a layer on top of an agent’s existing listings and website. It is not a consumer property marketplace: the agent and listing pages EuKreate Sites publishes show only homes published by agents using EuKreate Agent, each served from that agent’s own site. EuKreate Homes (homes.re.eukreate.com) is the separate product for buyers and sellers, with home search, home values and US market data. You keep your site and brokerage; EuKreate Agent adds the AI buyer experience, marketing, and lead capture.
- What does EuKreate Agent not do?
- EuKreate Agent works alongside the systems an agent already uses. It is not an MLS or listing database: it does not enter or syndicate listings, and the MLS remains the system of record. It is not a transaction manager (no offers, contracts, e-signature, escrow, title or compliance file), not accounting software (no commissions, splits or payouts), and not a showing service: it books tours against the agent’s own tour hours and relays showing requests between agents, with no lockbox or showing network. It is not a listing portal; home search for buyers is EuKreate Homes.
- Can I add EuKreate Agent to my existing website?
- Yes. EuKreate Agent’s website chat works on your existing website from a single line you paste into its pages, and opens only on the websites you approve. It also provides hosted, AI-search-optimized agent and listing pages (EuKreate Sites), on EuKreate or your own domain.
- What buyer questions can the assistant answer?
- Questions about the home (property facts, price, taxes, HOA, estimated monthly cost, and the facts the agent published from the listing’s documents) and other homes for sale in the area, grounded in the agent’s approved listing details and the agent’s own answers to buyer questions. The listing page beside the chat shows the schools, the neighborhood, flood and hazard ratings, nearby places and the local market. When something is unknown, it does not invent an answer.
- Can the assistant talk to buyers in voice?
- No. The assistant answers buyers in text. Voice in EuKreate Agent is for video: listing campaign videos can be narrated in a stock voice or, with your consent, in your own cloned voice.
- How does EuKreate Agent capture tour requests?
- When a buyer is ready, the assistant hands them to the agent: a buyer who asks to tour, talk or make an offer leaves their name and how to reach them, and the request reaches the agent with the conversation. Tours are booked within the agent’s tour hours, open-house visitors sign in on the listing page, and confirmed tours are written to the agent’s Google or Outlook calendar when it is synced.
- How is the buyer conversation shared with the agent?
- On an agent’s own listings, each lead reaches the agent with context: what the buyer asked, the homes the chat showed, where the lead came from, tour requests with conversation history, and the next step for follow-up, instead of an anonymous name-and-email form. Visitors are told the agent can read the chat. EuKreate Homes works differently: an agent receives only what the buyer chooses to share, and never the research conversation.
- Where does the neighborhood and property data come from?
- Neighborhood and property data come from EuKreate’s property records: MLS listings and photos, public records, U.S. Census school-district boundaries, school data (attendance zones and SchoolDigger ratings), flood zone and hazard ratings, crime rates, access scores, points-of-interest data, and ZIP-level neighborhood profiles and market snapshots, with RealEstateAPI and RentCast for details the records lack. On a listing they are combined with the agent’s approved listing details.
EuKreate Spotlight
- What is EuKreate Spotlight?
- EuKreate Spotlight (spotlight.re.eukreate.com) is EuKreate Agent’s automatic listing promotion on its own, for agents who want to keep their current website and CRM rather than move to a new system. Bring a listing by its MLS number or address and Spotlight makes a campaign of six posts over 30 days that tell the home’s story, from the reveal to the final call: each post as vertical, square and landscape video plus feed cards, with captions for each channel. It publishes them on their days to your connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts, or makes them all at once for you to post or download as one ZIP. Your name, licence and brokerage are on every end card, every word is checked for fair housing, and the videos carry no EuKreate logo.
- How do EuKreate Spotlight and EuKreate Agent relate?
- EuKreate Agent is the complete AI operating system for an agent’s sales workflow: valuation, your website and listing pages (EuKreate Sites), buyer chat, clients, leads, tours and follow-up, with listing promotion built in. EuKreate Spotlight is that same promotion on its own, for agents who are not moving to a new system: paid per campaign or with a monthly listing pack, with the first listing free. Both use the same EuKreate account and listings, so the full operating system is there whenever you want it.

- EuKreate Agent has a free plan (Free) that keeps one live listing working with no credit card and no expiry, and four paid plans: Starter $79/mo, Solo $149/mo, Growth $299/mo, Team $799/mo, each with a 14-day free trial.
