Can EuKreate help me price a property?
Yes. EuKreate runs a comparable-sales valuation (CMA) with adjustments, a value range, and a confidence rating; a rent analysis for rental listings and investor buyers; and investment analysis including cap rate, cash-on-cash return, DSCR, and IRR. You can run this on a listing you already have, or research any address before you win the listing.
Which social networks can EuKreate post to?
EuKreate publishes directly to your connected Facebook Page, Instagram business account, LinkedIn profile, TikTok account, and YouTube channel. Posts can be scheduled, and you approve them before they go out.
What happens when the assistant cannot answer a buyer’s question?
The question is escalated to you rather than guessed at. Agents who opt in to SMS get the question texted to their phone; replying to that text delivers your answer back into the buyer’s chat. Escalations also reach you by email and in the portal.
Is EuKreate just a chatbot?
No. The assistant is one part of a connected system. EuKreate also builds the listing page, generates marketing, and captures and hands off leads with full context. And unlike a generic chatbot, it answers only from approved listing details and real local data — it is designed not to invent facts.
Does EuKreate replace my real estate website or MLS?
No. EuKreate is a layer on top of an agent’s existing listings and website. EuKreate is not a consumer property marketplace and does not aggregate third-party listings — eukreate.site shows only homes published by agents using EuKreate, each served from that agent’s own site. You keep your site and brokerage; EuKreate adds the AI buyer experience, marketing, and lead capture.
Can I add EuKreate to my existing website?
Yes. EuKreate works as an embeddable widget — a single script tag added to your existing website — and also provides hosted, AI-search-optimized agent and listing pages on subdomains of eukreate.site.
What buyer questions can the assistant answer?
Questions about the home and its area — property facts, the neighborhood, commute, schools, taxes, HOA, and local context — grounded in the agent’s approved listing details and real local data. When something is unknown, it does not invent an answer.
Can the assistant talk to buyers in voice?
Yes. In addition to text, the assistant can reply out loud in the agent’s own voice, so buyers get spoken answers to their questions about the listing.
How does EuKreate capture tour requests?
When a buyer is ready, the assistant helps them request a tour, RSVP to an open house, ask for a callback, or contact the agent. Tour requests are captured with available-slot scheduling and calendar invites and delivered to the agent.
How is the buyer conversation shared with the agent?
Each lead reaches the agent with full context: what the buyer asked, what they cared about, where the lead came from, tour requests with conversation history, and the clear next step for follow-up — instead of an anonymous name-and-email form.
Where does the neighborhood and property data come from?
Neighborhood intelligence is drawn from real public and licensed data sources — including U.S. Census data for demographics and commute, school data, points-of-interest data, and local market context — combined with the agent’s approved listing details.
