Does EuKreate replace my real estate website or MLS?

Can I add EuKreate to my existing website?
Yes. EuKreate works as an embeddable widget — a single script tag added to your existing website — and also provides hosted, AI-search-optimized agent and listing pages on subdomains of eukreate.site.
What buyer questions can the assistant answer?
Questions about the home and its area — property facts, the neighborhood, commute, schools, taxes, HOA, and local context — grounded in the agent’s approved listing details and real local data. When something is unknown, it does not invent an answer.
Can the assistant talk to buyers in voice?
Yes. In addition to text, the assistant can reply out loud in the agent’s own voice, so buyers get spoken answers to their questions about the listing.
How does EuKreate capture tour requests?
When a buyer is ready, the assistant helps them request a tour, RSVP to an open house, ask for a callback, or contact the agent. Tour requests are captured with available-slot scheduling and calendar invites and delivered to the agent.
How is the buyer conversation shared with the agent?
