Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan keeps one active listing live with its listing Site, buyer chat, and lead capture, plus your agent page — no credit card and no expiry. Your agent web page is always included on every plan, including Free.

Do paid plans include a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan — Solo, Growth, and Team — includes a free trial. You add a card up front, can cancel any time before the trial ends, and are not charged if you cancel during the trial.

What is the difference between Solo, Growth, and Team?

Solo ($99/mo) suits occasional listing agents with up to 3 active listings and full property and investment intelligence. Growth ($199/mo) is for active agents — 10 active listings plus automated promotion and social publishing. Team ($699/mo) is a shared brokerage workspace with 5 members and 50 pooled listings.

Can I add more listings or capacity?

Yes. Solo and Growth can add individual listings as needed. Team expands through pooled capacity packs and additional member seats, so a brokerage grows without changing plans.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Paid plans keep access through the period you already paid for; there are no long-term contracts.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Every paid plan can be billed annually for the price of ten months — two months free compared with paying monthly.
