EuKreate Agent SMS Alerts

EuKreate agents may choose to receive operational SMS alerts when buyer questions, tour requests, callback requests, or listing escalations require their attention.

Who receives messages

Only registered EuKreate agents who explicitly enable SMS alerts and verify their mobile number. SMS alerts are an agent-only operational channel. EuKreate does not use this program to send marketing or promotional messages, and does not use it to contact buyers.

How agents opt in

  1. Sign in to EuKreate.
  2. Open Settings → Notifications → SMS alerts.
  3. Enter a mobile number.
  4. Select the unchecked SMS consent checkbox.
  5. Verify the number using the one-time code we text you.
  6. Receive the confirmation message.

Entering a phone number, registering an account, or agreeing to our general Terms does not by itself enable SMS. SMS alerts are off by default and require the separate, affirmative opt-in above. Consent to receive SMS is never bundled with, or a condition of, any other agreement or purchase.

The in-product opt-in form

The screenshot below is the actual in-product opt-in control at Settings → Notifications → SMS alerts, where an agent enters their mobile number, reviews the consent disclosure (unchecked by default), and requests a verification code.

Exact consent disclosure

Send me SMS alerts when buyer questions, tour requests, or listing escalations require my response. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing EuKreate services. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Example messages

  • Opt-in confirmation: EuKreate agent alerts are active. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
  • Verification: EuKreate verification code: 123456. This code expires in 10 minutes. Do not share it.
  • Property question: EuKreate Alert: Buyer asks about rent-back at 3373 Central Pkwy. Reply with the answer or SKIP. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
  • Tour request: EuKreate Alert: Buyer requests a tour of 3373 Central Pkwy tomorrow at 4 PM. Reply YES, NO, another time, or SKIP.
  • Help: EuKreate: SMS alerts notify agents about buyer questions, tour requests, and listing escalations. Help: support@eukreate.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

Opting out

Reply STOP to stop SMS alerts at any time. Email and in-app notifications remain available.
