About this workshop
A listing website can look beautiful and still leave buyers with unanswered questions. Photos, descriptions, and feature lists help someone discover a home, but they rarely explain the details that shape a decision: HOA costs, property condition, nearby amenities, or what a disclosure actually says.
What would change if the listing could draw on the agent’s knowledge and available property information to help buyers explore those questions? And when an answer needs the agent’s judgment, how should that conversation reach the agent?
In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the shift from a static listing page to an agent-supported property experience. We’ll use practical examples and a short live illustration to discuss where AI can help, where its answers need clear limits, and what an agent can learn from the questions buyers ask.
What we’ll explore
- The questions a traditional listing page leaves unanswered
- What an AI assistant needs in order to give useful, property-specific answers
- How to handle missing information and questions that need an agent
- How buyer questions can lead to a more informed follow-up conversation
