You Create
The name is the division of labor we are building toward: you set the price, build the relationships and close the sale.
We enable, you create.
An agent is getting a home ready for market. Before it sells, that one property will generate five separate jobs.
There is a price to research and defend to the seller. The home has to be presented somewhere buyers will take seriously. Captions, a video and a flyer need producing. Someone has to answer the question that arrives at 9:40 p.m. about whether the third bedroom is permitted. And the inquiries that came in while all of that was happening need following up.
Each job is real work. Each one usually lives in a different tool, and the context rarely survives the trip between them, which is why the fifth job so often begins with a contact form that says nothing more than “interested in this property.”
Since the spring we have been building EuKreate around one question: how much of that coordination can software absorb without taking the judgment out of the agent’s hands?
What EuKreate is
EuKreate brings property analysis, branded listing pages, agent-approved promotion, buyer conversations and lead capture into one workflow around your listing. It is available to use now.
What connects those five jobs is the listing itself. Property research shapes how the home is presented and promoted. Promotion sends buyers to that presentation. Buyer questions accumulate against that property. And the inquiry that results arrives carrying all of it.
01 Price: understand the property and the evidence
Pricing starts with comparables. EuKreate’s property analysis runs a comparable-sales valuation with adjustments, market context and a suggested value range, either on a listing the agent already has or on any address they are still working up.
Where rental potential matters, the analysis extends to rent comparables, projected cash flow and investment returns. What-if analysis shows how a change in purchase price, financing, rent or expenses moves the outcome, and the whole model downloads as a workbook. For agents who work with investors, the underlying measures are all there: cap rate, cash-on-cash, DSCR and IRR.
The agent’s judgment decides the number. The software’s job is to make the evidence behind it fast to inspect and easy to defend in front of a seller.
02 Launch: give the listing a place of its own
Once a property is ready to present, EuKreate builds an agent-branded listing page from its details, photos, brand and local context, a page designed to help a buyer decide whether the home is worth seeing.
That page does two jobs at once. It gives buyers somewhere to understand the home, ask questions and request a tour. And it gives the agent one destination to point everything else at: social posts, messages, flyers, yard-sign QR codes.
03 Promote: turn the listing into a campaign
Preparing marketing is where the work fragments into a dozen small jobs: writing captions, cutting video, laying out a flyer, deciding what to post next and remembering to post it.
From one listing, EuKreate’s promotion tools generate a listing video, social post copy, flyers, share links and branded QR codes, and publish to the agent’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts on a schedule the agent approves. A campaign runs as a sequence of posts highlighting different aspects of the home rather than one announcement.
Nothing publishes without the agent approving the content and the schedule. Publishing is organic, through the accounts the agent connects; paid advertising sits outside this workflow. Every link and QR code lands back on the listing page, where a visitor can keep exploring.
04 Engage: answer the 9:40 p.m. question
A visitor arrives from a social post, a shared link or a scanned QR code, often outside business hours, usually with a specific question standing between them and a tour request.
EuKreate’s assistant answers that question 24/7, in text or in the agent’s own voice, grounded in approved listing details and real local context: the home, the area, commute, schools, taxes, HOA.
What it does when it cannot answer matters more than what it does when it can. When a question falls outside what it has been given, it says so and routes the question to the agent instead of guessing. Questions only the agent can answer are escalated by SMS, for agents who opt in, and the agent’s reply is delivered back into the buyer’s chat, so the thread continues rather than restarting.
05 Follow up: keep the conversation with the inquiry
When a visitor shares their details or asks for a tour, the conversation that led there is the most useful thing about the lead.
EuKreate’s lead capture delivers the listing, the questions the buyer asked, their stated preferences, where the interest came from and the next step they requested. Warm context, instead of a cold contact form.
The agent opens the inquiry already knowing what this person cares about, which is the difference between following up and starting over.
What this looks like in practice
An agent reviews comparables and settles a price with the seller. They confirm the listing details and publish its branded page. They approve a four-post campaign that introduces the home and then highlights the kitchen renovation, the lot and the school assignment over the following two weeks.
The property and interaction in this example are illustrative.
Follow up without starting over.
That is the whole design idea. Not five tools that each do one job well, but one listing that keeps what it learns, so the next conversation starts where the last one left off. Less repetition for the agent, a clearer path for the buyer, and the decisions that need an agent still sitting with the agent.
Where EuKreate stops
EuKreate is a layer on top of the listings an agent already represents, so a few boundaries are worth stating plainly:
Start with one listing
The workflow above covers more than the free tier does, so it is worth being clear. The Free plan keeps one active listing live, with no credit card and no expiry:
Automated promotion and social publishing are not part of the Free plan. If the campaign side is what interests you, every paid plan starts with a free trial you can cancel before it ends. Current plans and allowances are on the pricing page.
Our goal is straightforward: less time coordinating tools, more time on the work that depends on an agent’s expertise and relationships.
If you are an agent or you lead a team, I will walk you through EuKreate using one of your own listings: your address, your comparables, your page.
